bit of a wild one and made an attempt at an Indian Larry stunt and actually got
his hands off of the bars but due to a front tire in very poor contition was not
able to get full extension. Probably not the brightest idea but he is in command
of his own destiny.

sure what started it but the Law was quick to act. The picture in the next
frame shows a squad of cycle cops running down the block from Fourth to
the location of the altercation. |

This next shot is looking at the entrance at the top of the
strip at Fourth, you can just see the one of two cycle cops closing the
entrance to incoming trafic. The helmet of the second can just be seen on
the extreme rigit of the shot. |
